On older Sat Navs, you may pick up a farm building that is no longer there since the school was built – so be careful.
- Entering Macclesfield from the West on the A 537, take the first exit at Broken Cross roundabout
- Then take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow Priory Lane past Fallibroome School to a double roundabout at the end.
- Take the two ‘first lefts’ at this roundabout onto Alderley Road
- King’s School is on the right after 400 metres, use the East Entrance as signed.
For other routes (North and East) navigate to the Sainsbury’s in the middle of town and follow Cumberland Street (westbound). At the next roundabout (By Kids Allowed) take the 3rd exit along Prestbury Road. Eventually the double roundabout at the end of Priory Lane will be reached and go straight over both. Kings will be on your right.

From the North, travel down the A538 Manchester Road into Macclesfield. Proceed over the lights by the Brocklehurst Arms and turn left into Beech Farm Drive, immediately after the school.
For other routes, Navigate to the Sainsbury’s in the middle of town and take Cumberland Street Eastbound to Hibel Road roundabout. First left here and stay in the left lane. Come down the hill to the traffic lights and move to the left turn lane as soon as possible. Continue down Beech Lane and the school will be on the right after you pass a pedestrian crossing

From the West,
- Entering Macclesfield from the West on the A 537, take the first exit at Broken Cross roundabout
- Then take the second exit at the next roundabout and follow Victoria Road. The Cricket Club will be on the right
For other routes (North and East) navigate to the Sainsbury’s in the middle of town and follow Cumberland Street (westbound). At the next roundabout (By Kids Allowed) take the 3rd exit along Prestbury Road. At the next mini-roundabout turn left and continue past Macclesfield General Hospital and the Cricket Club is immediately on the left
