Men’s 1st teach coach Kevin Heath was shortlisted for Coach of the Year in the England Hockey Awards 2025 and for a 2nd year in a row Kevin was invited to the podium to collect an award, having last year accepted the team of the year award for the men’s 1st team.
It was a busy Saturday for Kevin as he’d already been in Yorkshire for a junior hockey tournament before getting to Leicester to pick up the award at England Hockey’s big night. It won’t surprise anyone to learn that Kevin didn’t celebrate too much as on Sunday morning he was back in his natural environment coaching hockey.
